What kind of place closes there lobby an hour before the bank actually closes. This is ridiculous. Some of us can't get off work until after 4. So stupid!

Customer service has never been good for me, the employees barely talked to me and act like they just want to complete the transaction so you can leave. They also close the lobby and stop answering the phones at 4, which is ridiculous
Love this bank but 20 minutes to do a wire...come on. Managers are awesome, you just have to get the right teller.
I go to this bank often and always call beforehand to check my balance. Even though I'm a pain in the butt no one ever makes me feel like one and the tellers are always super friendly. I drive wayyy out of the way to come here and my experience is always a good one.
