This Panera is absolutely horrible. I placed a rapid pick up order online to include paying in advance. Once I arrived to pick up, I was told that they did not have my order and ‘I must have ordered to a different location’. Per my email confirmation, I did order to this location correctly. Once I returned home, I found that half the order was MISSING and one side was incorrect. This is not my first poor experience with this specific location. Absolutely ridiculous.
Nice newer location and the service was polite and efficient. Enjoyed an egg sandwich and coffee. They even asked how I wanted the egg cooked. "Over easy eggs" and that is what I got!
The atmosphere is always good the coffee is great the building is well heated
Very nice atmosphere, even compared to other Panera's it's a step above. Wait was next to nothing, even at 1PM. Wait staff very friendly. My order was exactly as requested.
