My wife and I ordered a sandwich and flatbread pizza. Three families seated after us were served their food. We weren't offered refills or an explanation as to why our order was delayed other than "we are busy". The whole time I'm there, I'm noticing the hostess busing tables and the waitresses serving food. This place fooled me once when they messed up my to-go order a few months back. I now regret giving them a second chance. Too many options in central Indiana to waste time and money on this place.
We tried Primanti brothers for the first time tonight and we won’t be back. We stood and waited 10 minutes to be seated with two other families while a dozen tables were empty. There was no one to greet us during that 10 minutes and no one at the podium. Once seated, we were given menus but our server didn’t show up to take drink orders for another 10 minutes. We were about to leave when she finally came around.
I have a dairy allergy and asked about a couple of items on the menu. It took another 15 minutes to get some answers but we finally came up with a good option for me. Unfortunately, when my meal came, it was covered in melted cheese, and an onion ring, which also has milk in it. I sat and watched my family eat for another 10 minutes while they remade my food.
I always enjoy the burgers I get from here. Service is always friendly as well. Great place to eat and usually isn't too busy and I've gone on the weekends for lunch though.
We had to ask for silverware half way through the meal, the pickle i ordered and the sauce my husband had ordered. Our server seemed like she was having a really bad day.
Pretty good, never had it before. Would return, although not my first choice. Good service and fairly quick.
Avoid this restaurant....trust me.
Good comfort food! Their $5 after 9 menu is an incredible deal. Quality meals for fast food prices!
We can get a better meal elsewhere.
