AL WAY S A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP, HELPFUL STAFF
The store didn't have a Bobblehead I had seen earlier. Sales clerk located some by phone at Clay Terrace. I have three days to pick them up. Sales service was great. The women's bathroom, however, needed serviced. Whew!
The Noblesville Barnes and Noble is very comfortable and inviting. The sales force are knowledgeable and friendly. Great place to shop or get coffee and tea, etc.
The implication here is that I could've returned with my own coupon and used it on a different book. I decided against it, since I was more than happy with the first purchase that I made, but it was nice that I would've had that option later on.
I've been shopping at this Barnes & Noble location for years, but an experience that I had this past weekend really stands out in my mind. I had a 25% off coupon for a book that I was ready, willing and able to buy. The cashier, however, decided to ring up the store's version of the coupon so that I didn't have to use mine.
I'd highly recommend this store, even to someone who's never been to a Barnes & Noble before. Great staff, decent prices and an extensive selection make every visit worthwhile.
Barnes and Noble is a great store... the café workers not so much. the one older lady was compleatly rude when i got a bit mixed up with the menu. not happy at all.
