Drive thru needs much improvement, been waiting for 20 minutes. So much for fast food, come here for convenience of distance from my house. Going to start driving a little further for faster service. After waiting 20 minutes I get told to pull forward my order wasn’t complete then I get the wrong order and cold fries.
This has to be the slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. It doesn’t matter what time you come or how many people are in line, it will take a good 20 min. I had 4 people in front of me and waited 25 min to receive my one order.And you would think waiting all this time I would at least get fries iand not cold.
If you order with the mobile app, plan on waiting curbside for awhile. They pretty much ignore it.
The person taking orders in the drive thru was hard to understand and didn't listen well. We had to repeat our order 5 times. He also had very little people skills. The experience was salvaged by the person delivering the food. They corrected the errors in our order immediately and with a smile.
I live my life one quarter pounder at a time. But when I fast food restaurant has designated parking spaces, makes you wonder about the definition of "Fast" food. Otherwise, great place to go if you know who you are and don't deny your love of the salty good stuff.
