This office terrible. Patients have to wait forever (1.5 hours at least) before seeing a doctor for 2 minutes. The doctor doesn't listen to what the patient has to say; he just orders a prescription as he walks out the door. This doesn't leave the patient to ask any questions. Also, the phone system is supposed to be turned on at 8:30. I called 25 times and was finally able to get through at 8:55!! My husband has been in uncessary pain due to the doctor that's supposed to help the situation.
I hate drugs !!!! I hate pain. No cure for my disease I've got 10 fusions with several bad disc and bone spurs . My disease is A.S. very painful. What can you do ? Taking pain meds is like a noose around your neck.The meds prescribed wasn't working that well. So along with the pain meds I was taking Advil PM also sleeping aids because going 4 days w/o sleep is not a way to live. If you take Advil PM or a sleeping aids becareful . Told me that he wanted to do injections in my spine also wanted to put a pain pump in me. That is a direction that I won't go because over the years they don't work plus I have to much bone spurs around my spine to be able to do injections. Told him that from the start . After I said I didn't want to do those procedures his attitude changed he got snippy would not look at me and I could tell he was getting ugly . So I'll just go my own way thank you very little !!! Lou is a class act.
Tried to call to schedule an appointment and had a terrible time getting through then when I finally did they said they hadn't called any patients back to schedule appointments and would call when ready then hung up. That was 2 days ago and still no call. Yeah no thanks I will wait for a real doctors office that cares about professionalism and patient care.
I have been seeing Dr Klim for a few years now and he always listens and address my concerns or questions. I have had surgery with him and several spinal injections and have had no troubles. The office staff is great and have always taken time to answer my questions or return phone calls.
Good guy, listens, and took care of everything i asked for. It is hard to find doctors that honestly listen to you and believe you. God was with me today
