Normally I have everything in a box ready to ship and just drop it off. Today however I did not and Tracy helped with everything. She got the right box and bubble wrapped my item. Put the label on and all I had to do was, well, nothing. It was great. I even forgot to put the ticket number on the box. When I called back in she took the number and wrote it all over the box for me. Excellent customer service! Thank you Tracy.
We have all been frustrated with the process of getting copies made, business cards created, and many other routine needs of a printer. Time delays cost money, mistakes cost money.
I had already paid for shipping and all I needed help with was a box and a label to be printed. $30+ for that. That is an unreasonable price for shipping a laptop I sold when I had already purchased the shipping online.
We have all stood in endless lines at our local Post Office for mail and shipping packages, or to pick up a package. Countless times for more than 30 minutes per trip - only to deal with clerks who are as tired and frustrated as we are.
After going to The UPS Store on Logan Street I actually enjoy all of the above! Barb Albano, owner, and her staff always have smiles on their faces, greet me as if they have known me for years, and always take excellent care of my business needs. I enjoy taking my business to people who value me as a person as well as a customer.
