I had just purchased a home that needed many repairs, this is a partial list. Refinish court yard gates, refinish front door, caulk and seal 18 windows, 18 rusty sill plates were prepped and refinished, all of the wood on 4 dormers, replaced some rotted door jambs, painted the exterior trim and gutters, Paint entry hall bath and re-trim the paint from a previous painter before i owned the property. Tim had a brick mason come to repair the cracks in my brick.
Outstanding craftsmanship. Tim is more than a contractor, he is a craftsman. His attention to detail is amazing. He noticed some other repairs that needed to be completed and instead of ignoring them as other contractors will sometime do, he took the extra time to do it right. If you are looking for a perfectionist and a craftsman to do your remodeling and improvements Tim at Northland Finish Contractors is your man. If you are looking for the cheapest price and are more concerned with price than quality, Tim may not be for you. He will not cut corners, and charges accordingly. I had some cracks in my brick and ask him to caulk them, his reply was he would never do that on a brick home because that is not the correct way to solve the problem. The only way he would repair the cracks was to do it right and have a brick mason take care of the problem.

Tim and his team are very detail oriented and continually meet deadlines. He is always on site and doesn't just send guys over to complete the job. I would highly recommend them!
