Went to the hardware aisle to get some garden trim spikes. Was told to go out to gardening (all the way across the store). Once there, I looked around, couldn't find them, and asked for help from the gardening sales guy. He looked around on the computer (as well as seeming irritated that I bothered his movie-watching on his phone) and said they're back in aisle 9/hardware. So I drag my 2 children and cart of goods back through the store to aisle 9. Ask a different clerk the second time, he confirms the spikes are outside in gardening. At this point I go ahead and search for the item I need on Lowe's website because I'm about to leave. Unfortunately the home depot item pops up on Google, so I check it and see the SKU number. I go ahead and trek back to the gardening section, searching again on my way to the check out counter outside. I ask him to run the SKU, he does, and then confirms that the spikes are in the gardening section and to "just look around, they gotta be around somewhere." Right. Well thanks home depot for showing me that although you guys are closer to me than Lowe's is, it will still save me a lot of time to go to a place of business that cares about it's customers. See you guys never!

That was a really cute guy work in the door who helped me with the electric cart should have got his phone number

Friday called to see if I could get a 6x12 trailer ordered. Told store manager would call me between 5&530pm. No call that night or next. Sunday called store to see if they had the 5x10 trailer in stock and was told yes. Gassed up the truck and drove the 65mile one way trip to store to pick it up. Sure enough it was there. Told clerk to get paperwork ready was going to eat and would return in short while and to call if any issues, they still had number from when they didn't call me last time. Returned later to pick it up but was told they couldn't sell me trailer because they lost the title. That it's been lost a long time. Really??? Then why have it for sale, listed on line for sale, and tell me on the phone it was for sale. Assistant store manager was useless, offering no assistance what so ever to address the issue or rectify it. Drove the 65 miles back home empty handed with no help from store. Guess I'll try store manager Monday but I'm probably done with Home Depot. Sad part is I had read a few reviews on their website saying exactly the same thing that happened to me. Wow to think this is the norm.

Dough & Ryan were FANTASTIC. Great help in choosing our carpeting & flooring. Very knowledgeable.

I bought a few items for my new home. The staff from start to finish were very helpful and friendly. I will shop here again as needed.
