The meals was just like hotel room service on call at your pace and your special needs if any.
Never will my family EVER go there again.
The main reason the staff is there is to take care of patients. Shouldn't they be tended to in a timely manner. Maybe it is training, maybe you need more nurses on staff.
Again can't thank each of you enough.
My wife who had a kidney transplant and has abdominal pain from the surgery lays in pain suffering because the doctors refuse to give anything for it.
Even if you've been prescribed one by your doctor, if you get admitted.... They REFUSE to give you anything but Tylenol.
Wake up administrators, patient care and communication needs improved.
The housekeepers came daily.mopped changed trash, freash linens, towels, gowns, check on personal toiletries, nothing left undone.
I was there for the entire week.I have never been treated better. The staff, very caring kind, compassionate.and above all else always totally professional.
My team of care givers from respiratory therapy were amazing through treatments.teaching techniques to make for after care easier.Guidance with many suggestions.
My good friend had to go to the emergency room twice for vomiting and other unpleasant symptoms. Both times they gave her iv fluids and nausea meds, then sent her home.
I don't know how I had such an amazing experience after reading some of these.
Always delivered promptly with caring smiling happy staff.always waiting to make sure you received everything.also if you forget to order a particular item that was ordered for you, they so ill ask if you're cancelling the order or did you leave it off accidently.wow....
This hospital pre-surgery and recovery group is fabulous. Once you are taken to your room it is hideous.
This hospital lacks the most important part of a hospital. PATIENT CARE! When a patient is in pain and waits 20 minutes for a person to answer their call button. Then a minimum of 2 hours to get the pain medicine it makes one very upset. Personally I don't care if it is shift change, lunch break or whatever excuse. It is Not Acceptable!
Not doing tests to see what was causing the problem. Not cool. I dont recommend going there if you need medical help.
I could be out front hit by a car and I would REFUSE to be treated by Riverview.
One of the worst places to go.... PERIOD. They operate with the mindset that EVERYONE is addicted to pain medication and treat you like you are.
There's absolutely nothing short of lacking in my stay.I cannot say enough about the staff here.Totally 100% off the chart.
The staff is so tuned into computers, headsets that are shouting in their ears and there phone ringing that they can't concentrate on the patient they are suppose to be helping. Maybe I would act incompetent if I had all of this going on too.
My team of physicians came daily, made exams explained every matter at length, and follow up appointments for after care.
I don't know what they had wrong but I do know me.
Two of our three children were born here. Great experience with both. Billing department needs some scrutiny. I asked for an itemized bill and found two separate charges for two separate I.V. sticks and subsequent meds. The problem is there was only one actual I.V. stick. When I asked the billing department about it, they replied "Oh yeah, that is standard. Don't worry, your insurance covers all of it."
Keep up the good work. From one who was scared to even stop there because of the negative reviews,to one who's committed to this one for life.
