Was overcharged for plate transfer back in July. Employee stated I needed proof of sale of previous car. I was told I could grab the paperwork from my car but had to get a new waiting number. Keep in mind it is already 12:33, so 3 minutes after their ridiculous closing time. I hurry out to my car and 2 minutes later I am walking back into the location and the door is locked but the exit is unlocked. I walk in only to be told they are closed and cannot wait on me. Your employees need to learn communications. Do not offer a service and proceed not to grant it.
Just like any bmv always busy plan on waiting at least 30 mins. Also very easy to drive right pass it
The best BMV experience I've ever had. The staff was quick and friendly! I recommend going early in the morning if possible. :)
The Noblesville office is always willing to be helpful and when one of the employees doesn't know the answer to a question, one of the roving supervisors is right there to answer the question and train the employee so they can do it next time.
