This restaurant is excellent in every way!... Desmond Sutherland is a top-notch GM who is involved in his business every single day!...His staff clearly refects his enthusiasm and customer focus...I am particularly pleased that they are OPEN EVERY NIGHT til MIDNIGHT, & to 1AM FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHT!!...At last, a great late night restaurant with quality food, employees, & great TVs at the bar!!
NEVER order delivery... I'm sorry if you're using a third party service I shouldn't be able to order from YOUR website for delivery. HORRIBLE service all around. Have been to other BJ's chains with MUCH better food and service. Decided to order in tonight as we weren't looking for anything special.... hour and a half later still waiting for food.... yeah never ordering or eating there again. Shame on me for giving them another chance. Don't waste your time or your money. Called, took awhile to get it straightened out...almost 8 pm still waiting for food... maybe if it's a third party service I shouldn't be able to order from YOUR website.
Needs better floor management. wait 10 mins to be seated then almost 20 min for a server to pick up our table. I literally watched a family order get their food and leave that was seated after us. This is the second time I have had a bad experience at this location. Couple next to us was trying to wave down their server to pay out and leave took them 20 min.

I took the family. Five of us. All the food was awesome. Less than 5 minute wait at 5 pm but it was quickly packed by the time we left. I enjoyed the rootbeer glazed wings. Nice suprise. The craft beer i had was a good compliment to the dinner. Prompt service and good food. I will return. My new favorite spot.
Delightful Day, nephew and his wife surprised me with lunch. Spinach dip was great as was the chicken dish. Pizookie is always to die for. Troy, the server, was spot on; and both Desmond (GM) and Todd (EC) stopped by to ensure everything perfect.
