I do not know what is wrong with this Dick's location. The service is miserable every single time I go there. I just had a return and the manager -Randy- straight up lied to me. I told him I had service issues and did he care, heck no. Go to the Castleton location!!!
This place is awesome when they have good sales. Went there today and picked up a Marmot Precip rain jacket for $65 (they are usually $100, and it was marked $75). I always go here at the end of seasons and get at least one "deal" like that.

My wife and I visited the store on our day night when it was snowing very hard. They locked the mall side doors 30 minutes before closing when our car was right out those doors and forced us to go out the other doors and walk around the building in the bad weather. They don't care about their customers as we were not the only ones they had done that to
The wait was a tad longer than expected, but great selection and pleasant people.
