My friend got this storage unit to hold some of my belongings and some of her sons belongings until I returned and the bill got past due. They refused to let me in to see what exactly was in there, how much of it was mine etc. Before paying the balance in full. That's not right.

Awesome people. They were always willing to work with me when I called. Clean and well secured so I never felt scared being there alone. Lots of cameras and someone is always ther during the day. Took ful advantage of the truck which was always there when scheduled with no hidden costs for either the storage unit or truck. I rented from another storage unit place in Westfield because it was closer. Bad communicators because I rented a storage unit then the truck. When I got there to pick up the truck they didn't have keys. They made me pay for A lock for the storage unit in insurance on the storage unit so it was twice as much money as Millcreek. So when running a storage unit make sure you go to Millcreek they are the best in the area. You guys are GREAT AT MILLCREEK
