We have rented several vehicles from this Budget location, both for personal and business travel, I have always been pleased and impressed with the efficient and friendly service. On a few occasions, we have been offered a free upgrade, and that has made for a great experience! The cars are always in great condition, clean, fresh-smelling, and ready to go. The rates are very reasonable.

Great customer service, and my reserved rental truck was all set to go when I got there.
My wife and I made a reservation on line using my credit card. My wife showed up to get the car and didn't know she needed my card with her. The girl told my wife she needed my card to pick up the car. My wife didn't have a credit card with her and offered to pay cash. The girl working at the counter told my wife she would not accept cash. The budget rental office was closing and the girl told my wife she had to leave. My wife asked her to wait 5 minutes for me to bring her my card. The girl then told my wife she would call the police if she didn't leave the office. My wife dumped her purse out on the counter looking for another credit card and the woman told my wife to get her stuff off the counter. The girl working said she was calling the police. The girl was 18-24 yrs old. Blonde hair. We will find out her name and write letters to the store manager, district manager, and regional manager. My wife called me crying. This was our only way home to Detroit where we both have to work tomorrow morning. The girl at the counter refused to wait 5 minutes for me to bring my credit card, told my wife to leave the store, and threatened to call the police. My wife has never been treated like this in her life. I have never written a bad review. I think bad reviews are for people who love to complain but this was different. This was an incident where you honestly can't believe how someone is acting or how you are being treated. How can someone act with no consideration, compassion, or patience? How can someone be so selfish and myopic? I will work all week to get in contact with every manager up the chain so they can know how we were treated Sunday afternoon at the Budget office in Noblesville. And I see from the website this is not the first review about "rude staff". - Chris. I put 5 stars because I don't care about diminishing your stores star rating. I just wanted to share my story.
