I reserved a midsized sedan, they only had a Ford Excursion (extremely large SUV) available. I had no choice, so I took it. I was NOT happy about this.

It has been almost a week since I returned the vehicle and they have yet to return my garage door opener I accidentally left in the vehicle. I've been told they just rented the vehicle before they cleaned it out, and only notified the next renter of my property in the vehicle when I asked them to. When I asked them to call me when the opener was brought in, which I thought was a reasonable request, I was told "No, you have to call us to check when it's in". This is insane. I just want my opener back. I shouldn't have to harass the site every day just to see if it was brought in!
Rented car for Thanksgiving week and the service was excellent. I was slightly disappointed that the vehicle was not washed and cleaned before getting but it was according to them a quick turn around.
