Just over priced. No flavor just basic
Pretty terrible service. A manager lied to me about being able to have my card refunded for returning an online order. She said that 'for my safety, my card information is not stored, and therefore, the original card is needed.' We all know immediately that when returning merchandise, it goes back on the card that it was purchased from, and had I mailed it, I would not have had to mail my credit card also. Anyway, she told me it was gift card or nothing. The AE customer service line confirmed that refunding my original card (or any method I chose) should have been acceptable. They will be investigating this store, so perhaps it will be better in the future. A manager knows the policies, so I cannot give the benefit of the doubt on this one. What a time consuming pain it was to do business with them.
