Super grateful in California for the Noblesville Mens Warehouse and especially Christopher. They should give that guy a raise!
The initial contact and subsequent fitting appointment went very well Courteous, friendly, seemed caring and knowledgeable. Then it went downhill. First, we were notified that the rentals were in 3 weeks prior to the scheduled date. Which of course turned out to be incorrect & unorganized. It took a number of phone calls to try and even get suitable responses. Then, when trying to understand what happened; we were given a bunch of endless excuses and an utter and complete lack of what was going on. Now lets fast forward. After numerous phone calls, we were assured the tuxedo rental was going to be delivered as scheduled. All good I thought. 1st tux issue....... jacket was wrong, no pocket square.
I went there to get some pants hemmed. they not only took three times as long as other tailors would have around here but on top of it when I asked why my place of employment sent me there they said its because they have "in house pricing for me". This was not true, my company has a corporate account with them. The cost of the pants should have been billed to them.
2nd tux issue.......pants to short, no suspenders, and no pocket square. While I will give the staff a decent grade for effort; when you are under a time schedule--there is not a lot of room for error. I feel that overall there were a number of things that were unorganized/wrong. Overall I would not recommend the Noblesville location for future rentals. I can be reached for further information if needed.
Christopher at this location literally saved my hide today. My son is headed that way for the FFA convention without his "dress" clothes. One call and they managed to take care of it all.

Jayke Thompson assisted my wife and I in returning a few items and selecting some new ones. He was very personable and made the experience enjoyable. We will return for our Wedding Tux Rental hopefully to work with Jayke again. Thank you for making an experience I typically do not enjoy one to remember.
Zachary Piitman totally hooked us up today! My son's a very busy firefighter and business owner, so mom of the groom had to step in and assist matching ties with some challenging bridesmaid colors for his upcoming wedding. Zach was SO HELPFUL! He set up different options and worked with us while we face timed the bride and groom. He was patient and gave is very good direction about shirt colors so the groom doesn't wash out the bride's dress. I just cannot express how helpful Men's Wearhouse was for this busy groom! Zach was so patient and hung with us until a decision was made. Then we went to check out...he saved the groom over $200! It has been a really long time since i have had a sales associate be so personable, built an immediate rapport with me and provided outstanding customer service! We will not go anywhere else in the future for any men's clothing needs. Just cannot say enough good things about this experience!
