My family loves Dr. Bettner. I haven't actually been seen by him yet but will soon. I travel during the week and started having a tooth ache in New Orleans. He took the time to talk to me on the phone to assess the situation. I put off seeing the dentist because of bad experiences with others in the past. His friendliness, professionalism on the phone, and the fact my family loves him has won me over.
tooth blew up on me over the weekend (of course) and Dr. Bettner not only got me meds on Sunday night, he was able to get me an appointment Monday morning with the top Endodontist in town and to "Cap" it off, was able to get me in at the end of the day to start the crown process. unbelievable attention and care. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental care.
I was told my wisdom tooth could not be saved, it had a deep cavity. Dr. Bettner worked dillegently to save my tooth. I have gone three years with no problem. I highly reccommend this practice.
