The "Shoup Experience" begins as soon as you cross the threshold of his office door. You are greeted by a very professional office staff that truly are excited to see you. The entire staff always seems to have the desire to speak with you and will take the time to answer your questions or concerns.There's a team spirit and mutual respect in this office that I never experienced when I visited my former dentist. The overall attitude makes for a very relaxed atmosphere and a great experience for the patient.
All of the staff at Dr. Randy Shoup's dental office are so kind and helpful and take such an interest in their patients. The dental care is top-notch and the services are provided in a pleasant, reassuring manner. Quality is superb. I have a new confidence in dentistry! Only low would be that they are not in network with my insurance company. Randy and his team are first rate. Even though they did not ascribe to my particular insurance company, Amy in the office staff bent over backwards to file my claim and get the maximum paid on each bill. My teeth were in pretty bad shape but I'm almost to the end of my treatment plan and I'm feeling much better. My teeth were rescued from extinction! Thanks Randy!
