Customer service was awesome. Asked someone where the quilts were and she directed me there even though she was busy pulling a large ladder around. Waiting in the line to pay, some other guy saw that we were in a rush and he opened another register line. Forgot my coupon at home so he provided me another way to get it!
I shouldn't have to work this hard to get $400 that I never should have been charged in the first place. They need to get on the same page with corporate. If they can't handle in-store orders, stop offering them. I would like to see them offer in-store pickup, or work with their shippers to provide options to hold and pick up items later. If this was the case, this whole situation could have been avoided.
They really care about their customers and helped us out in a timely manner! Will be visiting real soon! Bless this store
I ordered an item that I had to subsequently cancel because there is no flexibility in their shipping options. I was told I wouldn't be charged if that item didn't ship, so I just reordered the same item because I needed it to come later rather than sit on my doorstep for 5 days and be stolen. The first item did not ship, but I was still charged. When I called to ask why I was charged, they said a refund had been initiated. Two weeks later, no refund was showing up so I called again. Now they are telling me I have to come in to the store and give them my card in order to get my $400 back.
I was told it's my fault that they haven't initiated a refund because I called the store to cancel the order instead of calling their corporate number. I called each number multiple times, and in one instance the store even put me on hold to call corporate. When they came back on the line, the store told me corporate initiated a refund and I would just have to wait for it to clear my credit card. But when I talked to corporate, they said it was an in-store purchase and there's no way they could have initiated a refund from their corporate office.
My cashier was very polite and courteous. I will be back.
They were very helpful when I couldn't find what I needed. They went out of their way to help me get my discount. I wish there was one closer to Muncie, In. Loved the store. Could have broused all day. Thank you
