Needs competent employees. Among several other in person interactions, the over the phone with a store has got to be the most ridiculous. Today I attempted to call the Noblesville store number and selected 4 to reach the Deli five times, and each time it seemed the Deli picked up the phone, remained silent as I asked "hello", then hang up. Called and selected the operator another three times experienced the same utter lack of service. I tried again an hour and a half later and after another stressful number of ridiculous calls, I finally got an answer from a Michelle in the Deli. I asked if I could place a small order to pick up about 10:45 p.m. She took the order and said that she would be back in the Deli past 11 p.m. and would put the order in the fridge. Then when I arrived at the appointed time after my work day. I went to the Deli to retrieve the 1lb of meat and the .5lb of cheese. Michelle was not there and the workers who were knew nothing of the order and could not find it in their fridge. Just outrageous.
It's walmart you would think there isn't much to say but this walmart is actually pretty good, or maybe the one closer to me is just that terrible. The store out layout is a little funky since they remodeled years ago, but once you get the hang of it the store is pretty good. Lots of products and lots of selections. Also, since it is walmart, the price is right. I don't often grocery shop there, since it isn't the closest one to my house, but whenever I have shopped there, they always have what I need.
All in all I am taking my business elsewhere.
I am updating this someone here said there shelf's are always stocked is incorrect Everytime I go in there it is hardly every stocked shelf's empty sorry I like my home town there Walmart is clean and shelf's are always stocked unlike this store. The jewelry Dept. Is getting a review on there smart aleck worker there.
Went in to buy headphones but no one working in electronics that could unlock them for me, plus I was ignored by 3 different employees. So I called the store to see if I could get assistance and the call was ignored too. I understand it was 11pm but if you're going to be open, have the appropriate staffing or close the store at night.
Place had everything I needed. Well stocked. Checking out was incredibly busy. Never enough people.
