The person that I spoke with during my first phone call was extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to schedule a next day appointment for my son. All of the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Amanda showed empathy and concern for my son. Her bed side manner was second only to her willingness to do whatever she can to help with his medical condition. Great service. Great care.
I just left the office in Nobelsville. I had the best care. The Dr. Was so polite and took his time. The nurses were the best . Very friendly place.
Because my new insurance card had not yet arrived they refused to see me w/o me paying for the entire procedure up front. The office wouldn't do the necessary work to verify my insurance. After being refused the service I was able to later make the same call and was able to get all the info easily. They did not care about the patient , was only concerned about their money first! I waited 3 months to get an appointment there as it is very hard for me to schedule due to work travel and they had no regard for my issue.
I like this place Dr. Malik is a good foot doctor I am planning on returning for my third appointment been to the Carmel Office but want too stay in the Noblesville area they get a 5 star from me the staff is friendly and nice
