Just when I was ready to give up on AT&T, Charleston came and helped resolve all of the issues we had been having with not only our wireless plan but also with our DirecTV and U-verse services. Charleston was able to provide me with the best options at a reasonable price.
Charleston was by far the best rep we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. After leaving the store with extremely big smiles on our faces, we have decided to never leave At&t! This man needs a promotion!
I cannot say enough great things about this AT&T. Wesley Winston really helped me out and I was able to get the iPhone X and Lower my current bill! The entire team was friendly and super professional. They really went above and beyond to get me the best deal. STRONGLY recommend!

I've read some of the reviews about the staff and/or corporate vs retail and I must say it's very concerning as it seems that most of the negative reviews aren't based on facts. One person even admitted that they worked for corporate which seems that they only went onto Google just to write a bad review. I've had mixed experiences with both corporate and authorized dealers, but as this review pertains to this particular store, I have nothing but great things to say about its staff. Tobias goes above and beyond what defines customer service. My mom of 86 years of age had issues with her home phone. Being that I live nearly 2 hours away, I couldn't just make the drive down and having an elderly parent try calling tech support can be challenging. Tobias drove to my mother's home and assisted her with setting up her home phone and gave his personal cell phone number and told her to call him whenever she had an issue. They don't make people like that anymore and I'm thankful for the rareness of meeting such a person. I want to thank Tobias and his wonderful staff and wish for their continued success.
Side note: After doing further research, I discovered that these dealer stores are self-owned, which means instead of you people bad-mouthing them and telling folks not to visit, you're taking money out of your local communities!! Think about that the next time.
I was in at&t today for my first time wanting to switch over from a different company. Charleston helped me today and was very kind and patient and gave me and my boyfriend 5* Star service. We were very pleased with our visit and outstanding customer service. We will always come back to Charleston from now on and are very pleased customers.
