Joy & Robert were great in the mobile phone section. They were very knowledgeable about the products & friendly to boot. Rock on!
Beware ordering online. I ordered a refrigerator on line and received a confirmed delivery date via email. I also signed up for text messaging alerts for updates on status of my order. The day before delivery I logged in to confirm everything was okay. I had an alert on the main screen telling me that I stiil needed to schedule my order. When I called I was told there was a "problem" with their online scheduling system and that I still needed to manually schedule my delivery. No one told me this -- my email told me I had a confirmed delivery date. They said "there was nothing they could do." I will never order online from BestBuy again!

Took forever for someone to come help, but it may just be holiday rush season, after the man came to us he was very knowledgeable and helpful, had great advice and suggestions, will product review next.
If I could give this store zero stars I would. We ordered all our new TV and audio equipment from them and also used the geek squad to install everything. They were suppose to call before coming and they had the wrong number on file for us and we missed the install because of this. That's not the worst part, the run around we got after was the worst. We spend hours over the phone trying to get this resolved and only thing we got was a rude management team that knows nothing about customer service. I've called corporate and everybody known under the best buy company to get nowhere. Glad we have to wait a week for install and not being able to work with us. My opinion we should bought from Amazon and use there services. Should have done this in the first place.
