They don't listen to u when u explain or show a pic of what ur wanting. You get something else when other than what u asked for
It was horrible, I wanted to get long side swept bangz,but instead this lady have me these thin short bangs that weren't cut right....
Used to do a great job but they messed up a simple haircut..and I went back and the lady made it worse!
