I wish i could put a 0 start only based on their customer service. We filled out the form online of what we want and called twice and gave all our details but nobody cared to call us back. Clearly they don't want my business. Will not attempt to even bother with them anymore. I think 3 times is enough.

We have been clients for a long time, many years. They are very nice and at times do a very good job. Usually the best work is when there is a new lead or team and then it trickles off over time. Unfortunately we just had to cancel our service because it has become all too common that we need to clean up after they are done. I wish this was not the case but we have had concerns for a while and they have come back to re-do things a few (or more) times in the past but it's just gotten to where it's not worth the money to keep it up. We have in the past referred people but can not really do that at this point with what our service has been the last few times. I don't think they care much as our standards are high and we have a rate that was quite old and good after pushing back on proposed rate hikes in the past. I can't say they are bad but if you have high standards and attention to detail in the cleaning you probably will find similar feelings to what we have.
We are very happy with The Maids and would strongly recommend them.
Responding to Jessica: I've contacted Moen and they said any cleaner, including environmentally safe cleaners, can do the type damage done to our faucets/showers if left on too long or not properly removed. The only change in my day is that this business came and cleaned my brand new house resulting in damage to the areas cleaned. I have damage in a bathroom that is not used by anyone in this house but was cleaned by the maids and now is damaged. This very simple cause/effect and I can not believe how poor the response has been from this company. I've reported this to the BBB and we're filing court papers next week.
I contacted the Maids to come clean my brand new home after moving in. They arrived as scheduled and cleaned two stories in just under two hours. The house looked good but a few hours after they left all the faucets upstairs along with the shower disks looked tarnished. I called the company they came back out to take photos and the cleaner was apologetic. I was upset because we had just moved in and now I have to deal with filling a claim with the Maids and getting these all replaced. Well then I started talking with Fred and Susan and they were refusing to take ownership of the problem. Stating multiple time that their product was natural and there was noway this was result of their cleaning service. Fred went on to accuse me of spraying a corrosive substance and that is what caused the faucets/disks to be ruined. This is the illogical thinking of a poor business man. My house was perfect, the Maids cleaned, then all faucets/shower disks ruined. Very much cause and effect for any normal thinking human being. I also wanted to state that I contacted moen, the manufacturer, and the response was that either a harsh cleaning product was used or that a cleaning product (any) was not rinsed off properly or in a timely fashion. Fred and Susan was the defensive from the very beginning-not a great way to operate. I also find it amusing that they guarantee 100% satisfaction on the website. They do not deserve one star!!
We have been using The Maids for about a year now. We are really impressed with their service. They are quick and efficient. If we need to change days or times, their front office is very responsive and accommodating.
