Julie was so helpful very low pressure ..... My wife and I told her what we wanted and she showed us the best ones for what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable and very professional. She even played with our two year old so we could consider our options. We were very satisfied with our experience with her ..... So much so that we went back a week later and bought a mattress for our son!!!
Julie provided the BEST customer service I have received in a long time. I had pneumonia and we had just closed on our new home. We elected to move our foster children from toddler to twin mattresses in the new house so we needed them that day. I had been in stores and calling around for pricing and was exhausted and sick. On the verge of exceeding my budget and settling for not so great quality mattresses, I called one more store--American Mattress Saxony. At the time no one answered the phone and I knew it was about 30 minutes before closing and I had to get mattresses so I was going to settle for a competitor. Julie happened to have been with a customer and called me back and said to come in. Long story short, Julie stayed almost an hour after closing to make sure we were educated and got the mattresses we needed at the price we wanted. She asked questions and understood what we wanted. She worked the numbers for us and went over each scenario to see what fit our family's needs best. We decided to go with the more expensive (but right on budget) memory foam mattresses as the children already have trouble sleeping because of their life history. Getting these mattresses was a turning point, especially in our daughter's sleep who has never slept better. We look forward to any excuse to do business with Julie and American Mattress in the future.

We were looking for a new bed for our daughter so she could upgrade to a "big girl" room. We hadn't gone to many places yet but we sure are glad we went to American Mattress first! We were very pleased with the knowledge of the staff and how helpful they were, even with a two year old running rampant. The quality of the mattresses are great! I highly recommend this store, 5 out of 5, great job!
Fantastic experience, purchase and service. Making big purchases and dealing with salesmen is typically dreadful. But Julie wasn’t a salesman, she was a friend. She walked us through all options, treated us like family, and gave us a fantastic deal. Will recommend this store to everyone! Can’t wait for our bed to arrive tomorrow and finally get the good night’s sleep we have been dreaming of.
