Yup very diaaapointed. Ordered medium pepperoni pizza, 1hr 15 min later it arrived cold and with no pepperoni. Delivery driver Steve, wasn't his fault, still left him a tip. But service is 0 stars. I saw it was rated 2.9 but everyone deserves a 2nd chance. Was wrong. Merry Christmas!
Look, we all know it's very hard to find good/loyal employees, but this place seems to really struggle. Not sure if that's to blame on the management or the employees at this point. We tend to order from this place once a week so we spend quite a bit of money here. Lately they seem to keep getting orders incorrect, forgetting to put in either the garlic or marinara sauces or the pizza is not made at the proper time and is cold! Lately the pizza has been a bit cold. I order online a lot and pick it up myself. The last time I scheduled for a future pickup; DON'T ever do that here, they can't seem to get things timed properly for I was 5 minutes early from when I wanted it ready and when they handed me the pizza I could tell it was sitting there a while by the warmth, or lack of, on the bottom of the pizza boxes. They can't seem to cut through the entire pizza and we've even received pizzas that hadn't been cut at all. Also, the wings were awful! They are very fatty and have little meat. The hot sauce isn't hot and the wings taste very greasy. This place could use some management training! When something is consistently bad you have to look at management! On a side note, the staff is always friendly but you can tell they are understaffed and improperly managed for the environment is very chaotic.
Pizza was ok, but not hot when delivered. Garlic knots were terrible, greasy and appeared to have been either kept warm for a very long time or microwaved before delivery
This location is absolute joke! Ian the general manager is a very inconsiderate and unprofessional. My family and I waited two hours for our order!!!! They never called us...when I called to find out what happened Ian acted as if it was our fault. Very unprofessional and way to many better and more unprofessional pizza options out there. I would highly recommend you avoid this Papa John's location!!!!!!! It is now over 2 hours and 30 minutes as I type this and we have no pizza!!! It was a great mistake and complete waist of time to order or even speak with the general manager Ian at this location!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
Waited over two hours for a small pizza. Called them to ask what the status was and was hung up on. Called back and they didn’t answer. So unprofessional, and never got my pizza or a phone call.
