Came here last night, don't usually go to Olive Garden but we had a $25 gift card and didn't feel like cooking. Last time I was at an Olive Garden was 2-3+ years ago and I remembering it being sub-par. Service was good (felt a little rushed) but to counter this the waitress was attentive and didn't want us waiting - we just weren't in the mood to rush and wanted to take our time. Beer came out after the salad and soup which was a little annoying as I would have like to have had a drink first. Main courses were average and nothing special. Tomatoes in the salad looked old but the soup was good. We pretty much only came here for the unlimited soup and salad. Without that its way over priced for the quality of food. I have to admit that this was better than my last Olive Garden experience but I wouldn't come back to an Olive Garden looking for decent Italian food.
Worst OG I've ever been to. I went twice (and at different times of day), service and seating were incredibly slow, but for some reason there were always 4 to 7 employees hanging around the front desk. Just getting our drinks (water and soda) took over 20 minutes the first time around, then the waitress disappeared for another extended period before coming back for our food orders (even though we were ready when the drinks showed up). Alcoholic beverage orders were screwy (they used club soda instead of tonic and forgot fruit wedges, etc). The second time we called ahead and seating still took nearly 30 minutes longer than what we were told. Entrees were alright overall, but not up to par with OG's usual baseline (somewhat crunchy pasta, etc.) :[
I've been here several times now, and the service has always been fantastic. The only "downside" to the level of service here is that they are really good at up-selling. However, this last time I went I had a whole different look at the menu, because I'm on a low-fat (specifically saturated fat) diet, not because I'm loosing weight, but because of digestive issues. I ended up ordering the Shrimp Scampi, and I was really, really disappointed. This was the most flavorless thing I've ever had a Olive Garden. The shrimp was also peeled very poorly, so poorly that I was pulling pieces of skin out of my mouth with every single piece of shrimp I ate. And the asparagus in the scampi was very, very tough and stringy. So, if you're looking for the lighter options, avoid the scampi. Really not worth the $15 at all, and I'm sad that I wasted my gift card on it.
My wife and I visited here on a date night. We had a wonderful experience— our server Courtney was extremely friendly and quick. She checked up on us frequently to ensure we were enjoying our meal. The food was delicious (as usual) but, unfortunately we were too full for dessert, it looked very tempting. Thank you Courtney for taking such good care of us, and for your friendliness.
Food was as expected, but service and wait times were very long and slow. Drinks, bread sticks, and salad refills were rare to come and slow when they did. The place was busy, but not packed for afternoon lunch time. Food is good for a good price, but this location needs to improve.
