The dining room is disgusting! At least 8 filthy tables for the duration of my dinner, drink station was so gross that I wouldn't let my kids near it, out of forks, sauce spilled in sauce containers and the trash was overflowing. This isn't my first visit where the dining was in disarray but this is by far the worst.
Also note you should wipe the trays with something other than a towel that's sat in a dirty bucket all day. Sour towel smell isn't too appetizing. Yuck!!
We were just n the drive through for 20 minutes and when when they gave us our food they messed up our order. And we ordered the box which has a chance of winning a Xbox X. Well they (ran out of boxes) so we didn't get the box with the code on it.
There is nothing fast about this fast food restaurant. I've been to this location several times, always thinking the slow service must have been a fluke. No flukes here. You will wait 20 plus minutes to get food here...at a Taco Bell. "How is that possible?" you ask, I don't know the answer. Just be warned it's the truth.
Actually said to my daughter the next time she wants Taco Bell for $20 we'll go to Qdoba.
While normally everything is very good, hot and quick like, this visit wasn't that great. Took a little longer than should've for 2 bean burritos which is whatever really but the kicker was the cold beans almost complete lack of red sauce and the cold cheese which was still in perfect shredded cheese form not hot or melted because it was COLD! But like I said every other time usually they're great so I'm sure I'll pay another visit sometime.
This is absolutely the worst taco bell I have ever been to. Lived here for about a year, and have come here at different times. The service is so slow I could cook it myself faster. I think they do it slow on purpose that way when you finally get you food, you don't care that they screwed it up again. And how do they screw it up when yuou have to repeat the order five times!!! Like an idiot I'm sitting in line here again!!! It's already been 22 minutes. I've seen all the complaints while I sit here, how does the manager keep his/her job?!!!
