Very disappointing and manipulative.
A very cool place to visit if ever in Noblesville IN. It will very much remind you of how business used to be before all the Big Box stores.
Take your business somewhere else. The customer service I experienced was horrendous and I would not recommend them to anyone. We took a neon sign in to be fixed and requested an estimate before any work was started. Called them three times after not hearing anything for 3 weeks and was told they had no estimate yet and would call us as soon as they had information. They called us 2 weeks later saying the neon was finished and our bill would be $200, which we were not expecting to spend, but now have no choice.
Said they would give an estimate. Instead, they fixed it never gave me the chance to decide if the cost was going to be worth it to me.
