This location has been well run. Generally bsuy during peak times, but handle well and quick.
Poor customer service. Sorry for not giving all the details, but it would be two pages I'd have to type on my phone. I'll sum it up quickly, I travel 4-5 days a week in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. My job entails B2B and I train in the customer experience. I've been to almost all the locations and this one is the worst. Snotty attitude and undercooked meat (and argued with me when I said politely that maybe they should throw the chicken back on the grill since there isn't supposed to be pink in chicken). Then the next guy couldn't wrap my burrito right and smeared half the items on the counter (he didn't place it on the aluminum foil first to wrap it) and just wiped it off the counter with his hand. When I asked if there is a manager I could speak to, he said, "I dunno where he is". I mean come on this is a small building! This isn't all that happened, but it's enough to give you and idea. I will not be back to this location.
Good food, good service, and clean restrooms. Great place to go!
I have always enjoyed chipotle and my family has. We were very excited that we were getting one by our home but unfortunately they always seem to be out of either chips or corn tortillas. I am basing this off of 3 separate instances within the last 30 days.
A little too much salt for my taste but restaurant very clean, staff friendly
