Horrible horrible store. Waited over 30min for a pickup pizza was cold hardly any sauce and was given the wrong sandwich. When I called to inform them they refused to bring me a new sandwich, refused to refund then finally said "we have other customers before you. It'll be around 2 hours for your sandwich" or leave and drive the 45minutes round trip again. Chris is a joke of a manager. WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION OR ANY DONATOS AGAIN.
I placed an internet order on July 10th at about 10:45 (store doesn't open til 11). I asked for delivery for noon. I live about 2 miles from the store and when I still have my pizza and it was after 12:15 I called the store. My pizza was delivered after 12:20 and the driver said he was the only one delivering. The pizza was less than warm and I had company. It took forever for us to reheat using one microwave.
Decent pizza... Some staff are less than desirable
The Staff and food is amazing! The customers are some lil bitches who cry and complain about something cuz it’s a lil more then they can afford. Don’t come here if you can hardly pay for yourself.
The staff were nice. The pizza I ordered was pretty good, but the asiago cheese bread wasn't quite fully cooked. Some may like that, I wasn't a big fan. Also, I came in late at night and though I personally have anything against employers kinda loitering around during slow times, it took the pizza maker about 15 minutes to realize he had an order and start making my food. Could have used a little more communication between the employees.
