Super shady service department. They gave my wife an $800 quote for a full brake job front and rear saying the rear brakes were "metal on metal." I had my wife bring the van home and I checked them myself. All four rotors were in good shape and the pads had at least 40% life left. In addition it was provable that they didn't even remove the front tires as the grime on the rims was undisturbed. This is our second shady interaction with their service department and there will not be a third. We plan to tell everyone we know this story. Hopefully the Chrysler dealer is Anderson is a little more honest.
This is a great place to buy a new car. They have great prices and a lifetime powertrain on all the cars they sell that have less than 80000 miles. I also love all the American flags displayed on their lot.
My wife and I were promptly met by a friendly sales person. His knowledge of the car we were looking at was way below average. We test drove the vehicle and our intention was to buy. Erick (sales guy) was your typical sales person-talking fast but not saying anything. From my research they were $2000 overpriced on the car. He knocked off $1000 to "split the difference and make it fair". Not sure what that means. We told him we may want to trade but we didn't have to as the trade in vehicle was paid off. After waiting around he came back with a trade allowance that was easily $2000 lower than it should have been. I was over the experience at that point so we told him we were leaving and he then made some condescending comments. We went to another dealership and we were treated great and were given a fair trade in, safe to say I will never return to Kahlo.
My wife and I recently bought a used Durango, Jered was our Sales guy. He was great, friendly, answered all our questions and made sure we got everything we needed. I was already a big fan of the service department, this was my first time buying a car. We loved it, and will plan to get our kids cars here too.
Awesome dealership! Mike Stafford was an absolute jewel to work with. We bought a 2014 GMC Sierra , (our third vehicle purchased there) and he made everything happen just as we needed it to be. If you need a new or used vehicle I can not say enough about the service Mike provided us and strongly recommend you go see him!!!
