SERIOUS AVOID Especially for out station guys. Their service is pathetic at best. wonder if it can be called a service at all. They insult you. Its self service, everything literally. He didnt even get up from his seat ever. Asked me to go and look at vehicle myself. I came in and asked for a test drive and I went out and was waiting for him at the car, he never turned up even after 15 minutes. didn't knew that he will not care to come out, I had to go inside again and collect keys which he placed on his desk, arrogance. He is not handicapped by the way. And finally they will not respond to your emails and text, if you are lucky they will pick your call otherwise you should physically go to them to seek answers, of course to his desk. I moved out of the deal after seeing their horrible hidden fees which they wont reveal till the last.
This was by far the best experience I have ever had. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful, not to mention all the best variety of cars they had to choose from as well. Will definitely refer as many people as possible to this dealership.
Once a thief always a thief. Tried to scam me out of cash. Owner beware who is handling your money. Only gave it a star so I could post my experience.

They were very nice and explained everything. Any minor issues were taken care of immediately. They aren't like big dealerships that bother you to get a profit. This was my first time ever buying a vehicle from a dealer and it was fantastic! I understand everyone has their issues with any dealership. I would know from working at a huge dealership chain. These people do not come out and bother, overwhelm, or pressure you. You take that chance on a used vehicle that things may be wrong that were missed. And hey, they have to make a profit just like everyone else. So of course they want you to come look for yourself rather than explain everything over the phone. That's dealership 101. Anyways, even though it is a small dealership, they are very nice and treat you how you treat them. I suggest doing homework on the vehicle you are looking at before going in, buying, and find out things aren't what you expected.
Happy with car for the most part however when we bought the Lincoln MKX in early October 2017, we was issued a IOU for replacing the stained carpet, here we are middle of November still no check. Salesman was great, but may think twice about buying again.
