Great Staff, friendly and patient.
They were polite, but didn't go out of their way in the least to help me. I was stuck on the phone with corporate for an hour with the rep telling me what to say rather than calling on my behalf.
The folks that work at this store are awesome! They go out of their way to take care of your phone needs. If you are looking for a place that cares about customer service visit this store!
Really nice store, but we walked in (there were no other customers) and were not even acknowledged for at least 10 minutes. When the salesman finally did come over, he wasn't helpful and didn't seem like he cared about a sale at all. Left immediately and went to the Hamilton Town Center store and had a great experience. Will not be coming back here.
