Our 3 and 5 year old kids love this place! There are different size bounce houses and slides for different age and height kids. There is also a small arcade area, and they serve food and drinks. They have multiple party rooms available, and we have used them for birthday parties.
Decent place. No outside food and drink. No water fountain. Expensive at times. Good deals. Equipment in okay condition. Very limited supervision as high school kids are only ones working. Can become crowded. Look for deals....pointperks is a good one to get 2 bucks off a kid.
Worst experience ever. The toddler section was disgusting. There was a puddle in one of the play areas that my daughter stepped in (who knows what it was). The "toys" looked as if they had never been wiped down. The changing table was broken and my mother had to hold it for me to change my daughter. My daughter then cut her finger badly on a broken piece of the changing table. The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. The "manager" had no contact info to give me for someone higher up. My family normally comes here every year for a birthday party but after this experience we will not return. The staff also didn't have any of the children, which we had 7, sign the waivers. Completely disgusting and unprofessional. If there was less than one star I would be happier.
Greg I hope this gets to you! You sound ignorant and uneducated with your comment. The guy you are referring to has a name and he is a person. His name is Tim and is one of the sweetest guys I've ever met. He's actually great with kids and has even babysat my children before and I would trust him with their lives. So before you call him out of his name for something he can't change why don't you take the time to get to know him and I pray you don't spill that ignorance into your children. I pray they grow up with compassion towards other.
