Very rude management and the staff almost seemed scared of her. Even my son asked do we ever have to go there again!! Would definitely drive the extra miles to Carmel or Fishers
My fiancé and I were in here shopping with my mom for our wedding. Management and the associate were so incredibly rude. We live less than 1 mile away, but will now drive to Fishers instead. They lost over $100 in business and we went somewhere else. Will not be back.
I would give zero if possible. Management was incredibly rude to not only I, but others in the store. People were having fun trying on Halloween masks, and actually cleaning up after themselves, a mask was on the floor and the manager lost it! I have never in my life felt so uncomfortable in a store. She walked away, then came back with a male manager whom was also rude to customers! Uncalled for, unprofessional, and insulting to say the least. Will not be back!
