I am extremely satisfied with my Allstate agent! When I was purchasing my home this past February/March, the agents were extremely helpful and quick in providing home insurance quotes (and communicated independently with my mortgage broker, which was a huge relief for me, as I was soooo busy during that time!). I love that I have all of my insurance policies (auto, home, business, previously: renters) through the same agency. Allstate was even able to beat the quote from another insurance agency that was *supposed* to have the lowest rates in town. I am a very, very satisfied customer!
