Received a quote from this office in the mail- all details were correct on my home including coverages, deductibles, and discounts. After wasting several minutes of my time on the phone, the actual price turned out to be more than DOUBLE what it said in the letter. Any business that would use this practice cannot be trusted. Bait and switch scam. Avoid.
This agent and his agency is nothing more than worthless. His staff couldn't even properly inform us how our uninsured motorist coverage worked to protect us. It took their corporate 800 number customer service line and a competitor's insurance company to explain what we needed to do. Good hands my ass. Take your money to another agency and insurance company. It's well worth it.
