Go elsewhere. Nationwide is not on your side. My wife had a policy here for over 10 years (she made me join her policy because she thought they were treating her right) but she gets in 2 accidents in 3 years and they will no longer insure us. Apparently they had to pay out $5k for one incident and $7k for the other. But isn't that why we are paying $280 per month??? Over 10 years that is $28,000 and more than covers the costs to Nationwide. Isn't that the point of insurance? Ridiculous.

As an aside: The on-your-side repair shops are trash. They let my wife drive away on a broken axle once because they said the repair was done. It was not done. According to them, their mechanic "didn't look down that far to see the markings that there was a repair needed there." Ridiculous!
I stopped in to get a quote from Stephanie Stepp she did an amazing job helping me and my client. Update: They tried to find me different coverage. They said the best they could find was Progressive for $590 per month. I decided to just look on my own, and Geico covered me for $317 per month. Paying more per month than the $280, but that's what we get for getting into accidents. That's the point of insurance. I would've been happy to pay a higher rate if it was offered. You don't just drop someone with no notice and no option to continue at an increased rate.
