Horrible Service and wayyyy over priced!!! I've slept on and felt other matresses that are way better quality and cheaper. We're going to Matress firm!
Very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. I know nothing about mattresses, other than mine sucked and I could never get a good night's sleep. Collin helped guide me to a better mattress to fit my needs. He really listened to me and made sure I was taken care of. I will send everyone I know to Long's in Noblesville, when they too are ready for a new mattress.
This is the worst company to ever buy a mattress from. First they don't tell you all of the rules up front about their return policy and things but then when you try to handle it and the owner is supposed to call you. He calls you then hangs up on you so you call him back and you don't hear from him for two days. And the issue never gets resolved. The mattress I bought was the worst mattress I have ever bought in my entire life. I decided to venture out and try a different company but I should have listened to my gut and went with the company that I've been working with for over 10 years. I will never do business with these people again. Horrible mattress and even worse customer service.
I spent almost an entire afternoon trying out mattresses at the Noblesville location. I am very particular and I am a hair stylist where I stand all day long on a concrete floor with my arms in the air. By the time I get home at night my entire body is sore and my mattress just wasn't cutting it. I needed relief. The gentleman who helped me, Collin, was very patient with me while I narrowed my search for a mattress that would fit my needs. I was very appreciative of his help. I expected the staff to grow impatient with me after the amount of time I spent making sure I made the correct choice. I couldn't be happier with what Collin helped me pick out!
Excellent shopping experience! no pressure sales, everything i needed to know about mattresses and more was explained in detail that helped alot in my search. And Collin was very polite!
