I went in just to get an idea of what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. The gentlemen at this location were fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly and had my BEST INTEREST in mind the entire time. I did not feel pushed or pressured to buy anything. They provided honest feedback and suggestions. And left me alone to browse when I wanted to. The store manager helped me find a set that was in my budget and offered me the best deal possible. No need to continue my search...I made the right decision to come to this location right off the bat and purchased a new mattress and box spring same day! I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a new mattress and box spring!
John and Paul were very friendly and helpful.. took time to help us find the best mattress within our price range. Went with them for the good price, the trial and 10 year warranty! Great experience!
John was fantastic! He was so welcoming as soon as we came in. John showed us some great items that were a bit out of my price range. When I asked for a more affordable option. John showed the same enthusiasm with showing me lower priced items. I really appreciate his great service as well as the other associates working. I would highly recommend this location!!
Very nice customer service from Paul. I asked a million questions and he had an answer for every one of them. He made sure I had everything I needed for our new bed (frame, protector, sheets). He seemed to know what I wanted before even I knew. The first bed he showed me was the one I ended up getting. They have a nice selection of beds to pick from. Second time buying from them. Nice store to check out.
