I love Dr. Flanders and his staff. They are always so friendly and helpful. Whenever my cat and I go in with a problem, Dr. Flanders always has the right solution.
We took our dog on the open walk-in day because there were some markings on his belly that we were concerned about. The vet barely acknowledged me. He was talking about riding his bike with the staff. (The staff was also not very welcoming). He didn't say hello to me or shake my hand or anything. Just asked why I was there. I pointed out the area of concern. And he said "there is nothing wrong with this dog" and continued to talk about riding his bike and walked away. I felt so angry as I was checking out that I actually had to pay $ for the horrible rude treatment I just received. I will never go back to this vet and would never recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Flanders has taken care of everything from our puppies to our elder dogs to our elder cats with cancer and a weeks old goat wethered too close (not an easy job)...we have had nothing but good experiences.
We have received outstanding care and service. The staff is always so friendly, prices are reasonable and you can get an appointment quickly. The staff has provided tips and ideas many times via phone when issues arise which is greatly appreciated. Recently our cat ate a hair tie and I immediately called and they walked me thru what to do. I called them back when it did not work and they got me in right away. highly recommend VIP animal care!
My puppy was stung or had an allergic reaction today and was in bad shape.. i came running into VIP and was almost ready to get hysterical. Dr. Flanders never asked about money, he sprung into acyion calling off the shots needed and how much, HE SAVED MY LIL BABIES LIFE... and didnt even ask what i could afford... he truly cares about animals... we didnt hace a vet before but we do now... THANK U ALL SOOOOO MUCH
