SO WHEN TAZ GOT HER PAW STUCK ON A RAT TRAP AND KEPT LICKING HER PAW AFTER I GOT THE TRAP OFF OF HER PAW I WAS FREAKING OUT AND TOTALLY OVERWHELMED.
My kitten didnt get better,he got worse, still didnt eat,i called back, they wantedcto charge me an arm and a leg,i said i cant afford, all they cared about was money,my cat had to be put down Monday afternoon, the vet i took him to couldnt believe that they sent him home without tryn to give him fluids. My kitty is gone now and i feel like his worth was based on my amount in my purse..its awful to be turned away due to money..by so called animal lovers.
IF YOU ARE ANYWHERE NEAR THERE AND NEED A VET TAKE YOUR ANIMAL THERE. NOT ONLY WILL YOUR ANIMAL GET THE BEST YOU WILL AA WELL.
I took my 4 month old kitten here Friday and told the vet my kitten had stopped eating. The vet took temp, felt his stomach, checked ears and eyes and mouth..said he was fine, sent me home with flea meds and 2 cans of prescription canned foods.
Top notch care for our new Labrador. We have been with Dr. Kunkler for 15+ years and 3 different dogs. Would not change vets if the other option was free.
I CALLED VCA NOBLESVILLE. THEY GOT ME IN IMMEDIATELY. FROM SHEILA THE RECEPTIONIST TO THE TECH I DIDN'T MEET TO DR. BUTLER, DVM EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE FOLKS COULD ONLY BE DESCRIBED AS DOUBLE OR TRIPLE OUTSTANDING. THEIR CARE FOR TAZ, THEIR LOVE, THEIR EMPATHY JUST CAN'T BE PROPERLY DESCRIBED.
Friendly staff. They seem super busy all the time. They once couldn't get my puppy in when she had a huge gash on her side and needed stitches. They told me to go somewhere else which was very frustrating.
I just got my Dad's cat, Taz, when my Dad died on January 12, 2017. Taz was my Dad's companion, BEST FRIEND, AND COMFORT. DAD'S LOVE FOR TAZ CANNOT BE MEASURED. FIVE DAYS B4 DAD LEFT HE TOLD ME TO TAKE GREAT CARE OF TAZ AND I PROMISED I WOULD
THANK YOU - MIKE CHILDERS
I LOVE THEM ALL.
My dog was scheduled to have eye surgery and the weekend before I was told the vet had a family emergency and I would get a call to reschedule on Monday. I had no problem with this and waited for the call Monday but I never received one. I called Tuesday and they first asked if this was regarding a different dog. I said no and they told me a vet tech would call me back. No call. I called again Wednesday, they answered again asking if he was a different dog, and he was finally rescheduled for a month after the original surgery. I felt as though they completely forgot about my dog. This was my first bad experience with them so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and use them for his second eye surgery. The second surgery was scheduled with the wrong vet though they did call me to reschedule and got him in much quicker this time. Between these two surgeries my dog had and other visits around 5pm (surgery pickup time) I've watched an overload of owners wait in line to pay with whining, scared dogs. In addition, my first vet left and I was never alerted of it until my next appointment when I was told who the new one was. Both vets and the tech I continuously had during appointments were great to my dog but the constant messes I had to watch and deal with were enough for me to take my business elsewhere and not recommend them.
