Came in today with my fiancee and newborn baby. Had appointment scheduled at 2. A young girl in a truck came in after us and they took her car in first. I'm guessing because she was a woman. Car didn't get takin in until 2:20. Ended up getting an uber to my doctors appointment. Terrible experience and will never come back.
I got an oil change here and it was very easy working with these guys. They've got bottled water in the waiting room which is always nice. I feel like i get good service at a fair price when i take my car here.
Booked online. Waiting area is nice. Had an oil change done. Major negative was that I was there about one hour and fourth five minutes for just that. Positives- they were very honest with what I needed in the future, and did not sell me on things I did not need.
