I absolutely love this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they do a great job! I've taken my vehicle there about 5 times in the past year and a half and every time it comes out perfect. A special shoutout to Randy and Denver for always being so efficient and helpful.
I would recommend getting a second opinion on anything bigger than an oil change.
Based on my experience, I recommend them. Talk to Denver, he is very clear and a good guy. I have taken them my car for oil changes, had them do my brake pads and rotors, they have been pretty solid and upfront with my car and my girlfriend's car. I haven't had a bad experience. Cars are expensive, hard to find a place that is solid. I usually drop my car off and go work out at LA fitness and it's done when I'm done.
Have been using Tires Plus for years. Brought my Toyota Avalon in recently to have the oil change tires rotated and the serpentine belt changed. Everything was done in a timely manner with A+ service from both Denver and Randy.
Very dishonest and in desperation of needing a new tire, they tried to charge me double the amount of what one normal tire costs, and then when I voiced that it was way overpriced, they copped an attitude and their personality from when I walked in the door was a 180° change. Ridiculous and horrible customer service.
I've gone to them several times thinking that they were trustworthy even though they're a little pricy. This last time, however, they recommended $800 worth of work that wasn't needed on my car.
