I don't know why there are negative reviews. My husband and I love this place and I occasionally go with a friend of mine. We've never had an issue with service. The language barrier is minimal. They've never asked for more money for tips or anything. The owners / managers (husband and wife) are always super nice. If the reviews are by seekers to bash a business, I would ignore them. It's not expensive and I would suggest you try it out for yourself and form your own opinion vs. listening to others. The low cost would be worth the chance. It's kind of like when you see a negative review on Amazon and a person gives an item 1 star because they received the wrong color of an item or they thought the seller was slow to respond to their inquiry. Giving a place one star because you "claim" they asked for a tip....my question would be "how was the massage???" That's what I'm paying for. Regardless, we've had nothing but great experiences at Foot Wellness. I woke up with back pain and hope to make it in today for some relief. Final thoughts...it's inexpensive and worth a shot. You just might become a regular.
