As an aside, lady at front desk was sweet but that doesn't help my son, who has to suffer through a night of this thanks to IU Health.
I had a very positive experience here! The staff was friendly and professional. There was a slight wait, but it was due to an injured child needing extensive treatment - understandable! The staff let us in the waiting room know and apologized for the wait, which is above and beyond to me in a healthcare setting. Also the facility is nice and new with ample parking.
Wonderful experience. Everyone from reception through Doctor was friendly, professional, & knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!
Took my 3yo daughter with a high fever when they were closing in an hour. Despite other patients walking in at the same time, we were taken care of quickly and called back in order of arrival. All of the staff members from reception to the doctor were kind and helpful. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. We're very thankful to have them closeby!
Anyway, I feel like they saved my life; I went from having over 104F fever yesterday to less than 100F today. Dr. Mason treated me, and she was thorough in her assessment of my illness. After almost a week of being ill, I finally feel like myself again. I was able to avoid going to the ER and possibly being admitted to the hospital for pneumonia. Thank you guys!
Have waited less than 10 minutes each time I come here and staff are incredibly helpful and smart.
Waited for 1.5 hrs with my 7 mo son in my arms. He had pink eye so he was cranky. There were 2 people ahead of me so I figured it wouldn't take long. WRONG. 1 person was called in 1.5 hrs. I left because I needed to pick up my daughter. I just wanted antibiotics for his pink eye. Instead I got to listen to him scream the whole way home because this place enjoys suffering children. I'll just have to take off work tomorrow and take him to Community North urgent care on 146th and 37. I've seen them call up to 10 people in a half hour there. The purpose of urgent care is that you aren't supposed to take off work. Just avoid this place unless you are prepared to take at least a half day off work.
